HANSFORD Homer Hansford, age 84, of Whitehall, Ohio, died May 28, 2008, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Mr. Hansford was born February 8, 1924, in Sloan's Valley, Kentucky. He served in the Army and Air Force from 1939 until he retired in 1966 after 27 years of service at the rank of Tech. Sergeant. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Military Order of the Cooties. He was also a member of Eastwood Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mamie; daughters, Camille and Judy; sons, Victor and Guy; grandchildren; 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
